Publish the llms.txt file and structured data we generate for you, and if your AI visibility score hasn't improved when you re-run your audit within 30 days, email support@geoengine.app for a full refund. Publishing the file is required — it's what allows AI models to find and cite your business.
Free audits
Free audits require no payment, so no refund applies.
Paid subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To request a refund, email support@geoengine.app with your account email and order details.
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, for partial billing periods, or for accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service.

Publish the llms.txt file and structured data we generate for you, and if your AI visibility score has not improved when you re-run your audit within 30 days of purchase, email support@geoengine.app for a full refund. Publishing the file is required, since it is what allows AI models to find and cite your business.
For other one-time purchases (such as individual report add-ons), refunds are available within 7 days if the deliverable was not received or was materially defective.
Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing issues quickly and work to make things right.
