1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GeoEngine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

GeoEngine provides AI brand visibility audits that check how often your business is mentioned by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Results are informational and based on automated queries run at the time of the audit. Rankings may change at any time.

3. Account registration

You may use certain features without an account. To save results and access paid features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our infrastructure
  • Submit URLs or content that you do not have the right to submit
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Payment and subscriptions

Free audits are available without payment. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual property

GeoEngine and its content (including the llms.txt files we generate) are owned by GeoEngine or its licensors. You retain ownership of your website data. The llms.txt files we generate for you are yours to use freely once delivered.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit results are complete, accurate, or up to date. AI model outputs are inherently variable and may change without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoEngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
